Building Site Evaluation

Heritage Modular can provide to you a detailed analysis of your building site and will advise on creating conditions for an efficient and cost effective Classroom installation. Our site review will highlight the following areas:

  1. Classroom site placement, utilities planning
  2. Delivery access and maneuvering obstacles
  3. Foundation types and engineered plans
  4. ADA ramp directional flow and code requirements
  5. Documents needed for local building permits, site plan or master use plan, soils compaction report, etc.
  6. Optional components and accessories such as ramps, decks, vandalism upgrades, gutters, etc…

The cost of this service is based on your geographic location as outlined below. Should you choose to contract your Classroom installation to Heritage Modular, we will fully credit this fee towards your installation invoice.

As a result of your Site Evaluation you will receive a firm bid and detailed scope of work identified for your building site.
